  • Client

    MonsterGov

MonsterGov explored the next generation of its enterprise hiring management platform used by federal agencies. The initiative, code-named FLEX, focused on improving recruiter workflows, simplifying complex hiring tasks, and modernizing the overall user experience.

I co-facilitated user focus groups with recruiters and hiring managers, translating insights from those sessions into personas, wireframes, and low-fidelity prototypes that helped guide product exploration and internal discussions.

The artifacts below reflect early UX concepts developed during this research and discovery phase.

Personas

To keep real users at the center of product discussions, we developed a series of personas representing the different types of recruiters and administrators using the platform.

These personas helped guide design decisions as we explored new workflows and interface concepts.

Recruitment Sandbox

Recruiters often need a safe place to experiment with different hiring approaches before committing to a workflow. The Recruitment Sandbox concept explored how the platform might allow users to test, review, and share different recruitment strategies.

These wireframes represent early concepts generated from insights gathered during user focus groups.

Resume Upload Experience

Uploading and parsing resumes is one of the most complex steps in the hiring process for recruiters. This concept explored ways to simplify the workflow while improving how applicant data is structured and captured by the system.

We also considered how this experience could work across desktop and mobile environments.

Task Management & Organization

Recruiters often manage large volumes of applicants, tasks, and communications simultaneously. These concepts explore ways to help users prioritize work, surface important insights, and personalize their workspace to stay organized and efficient.
