Flex the UX
MonsterGov was looking to innovate and improve its enterprise hiring management application, which most federal government agencies use. The product was code-named FLEX. The low-fidelity mockups I created below are artifacts from user focus groups I co-facilitated.
Task
Improve the UX for a government hiring application.
The recruitment sandbox is a place for recruiters to review, test and share different hiring options. These low-fi mockups are a sample of the outcome of user focus groups.
