WorkSource Washington or Worksourcewa.com, the job board for the state of Washington, had a unique challenge: Relaunch its site with powerful new job seeker and employer tools while maintaining and uplifting its brand presence and increasing overall satisfaction.

  • Led the rebranding of Worksourcewa.com, the official job site for Washington State, ensuring the new identity resonated with both job seekers and employers.
  • Collaborated with stakeholders across the state to gather feedback and inform the branding strategy.
  • Owned the user experience (UX) design for key aspects of the job site application, used by over 100,000 job seekers and employers monthly.
  • Partnered with the client’s internal marketing team to art direct the “Look Smart” campaign, successfully promoting user adoption of the platform throughout Washington.
  • Copywrote the tagline Powered by Monster and You.
