I led the full production process, including scriptwriting, voice talent coordination, and video production, guiding the project from concept through final delivery. Throughout development, I collaborated closely with both the client and internal teams to ensure the story accurately reflected the system’s capabilities while maintaining a clear, engaging brand voice.
