Rebrand Monster Government Solutions
When Monster Government Solutions was acquired following the bankruptcy of Monster Worldwide, the organization needed more than a visual refresh — it needed a completely new identity and a coordinated relaunch across products, marketing, and customer communications.
I led and executed the rebrand effort from concept through rollout, helping transform the organization into a new standalone brand while maintaining continuity for existing customers and internal teams.
Details & Outcomes
- Developed the new company name, logo, and core visual identity system
- Created comprehensive brand guidelines covering typography, color, messaging, and visual standards
- Designed and produced marketing assets across web, sales, social, presentations, and customer communications
- Guided cross-functional teams through implementation of the new identity across products and applications
- Partnered with remote development teams rebuilding marketing websites and digital experiences
- Produced relaunch materials including launch video, presentations, and campaign assets
- Collaborated closely with leadership, product, sales, and marketing teams to coordinate rollout strategy and ensure brand consistency during transition
- Helped establish a modernized brand presence while balancing business continuity, customer trust, and operational realities
This project required far more than visual design. It involved balancing business goals, technical constraints, evolving timelines, and cross-functional collaboration during a period of significant organizational change. It remains one of the most comprehensive and impactful branding initiatives I’ve led.
