A quick shout out to my employer, Monster.com. They recently launched Monster Communities which are networks of like minded individuals around subjects like, nursing, art, teaching, sales, cooking, policing and many more. There is also one for small businesses and startups called SmallBizLink. These are all free to join, so jump on in.
