I received the following text message from AT&T yesterday.
“AT&T free msg: We are simplifying your paper bill, removing itemized detail. To view all detail go to att.com/wireless. Still need full paper bill? Call 611.”
It’s a little funny to me that AT&T didn’t consider from the get-go that people who are buying a device that is so bleeding edge would want a paper document of every edge connection. Simply, the default should be that you receive an “electronic” bill and have to ask for ANY form of a paper bill. I mean for crying out loud, you’re using an iPhone!
The last line in the text message above should be “Still need full paper bill? What the hell is wrong with you?”
